not a big fan of Danier, here's why:
1. Bought a purse for > $100. The lining ripped within the first week. Exchanged for a new one (thankfully with no problems, they were pretty helpful), that one also ripped within the first couple weeks.
2. Bought a laptop bag for $120. The stitches started coming off within the first few weeks. Exchanged for a new one - same thing happened. After a couple months of use, the handles broke. Instead of giving it back to them to fix, I gave it to my shoe repair guy who did a fantastic job with less stress.
3. Bought leather gloves. The knit lining broke on the 3rd day. Returned the gloves and never buying anything from them again even with deep discounts - not worth the stress

The customer service is pretty good though, but without a good quality product it is a waste
