Mecca for tea lovers

I've always had the best service when visiting David's (home and away) and website customer service has been extremely helpful in the past. So many options. My biggest complaint is there are always new products coming out and sometimes that means saying goodbye to something that has become a favourite.

Great Customer Service and Tea of course!

Love David's tea, every time I go I always receive great customer service as well as samples to try, They have such a wide variety of teas to choose from. They smell so good and my favourite has to be vanilla oolong tea.

Buying their tea is not enough, you need to visit one of their stores to get the full experience.
I wandered into a store in Niagara Falls a few years ago, never to have tried their tea up until that point. The staff immediately greeted me and asked if I had any questions. When I told them it was my first time being there and that I was sort of a newbie tea drinker you could see the excitement on their faces. They gave me a brief history of the store and owner and how it came to be. Asked me all sorts of questions and gave me my first cup of "Forever Nuts", which is still my favorite flavor today.
The staff totally made my day, I couldn't help but feel their love for their work place and love of tea and must have spent at least half an hour chatting away with them. I am still of fan of David's tea, I have tried a ton of flavors and look forward to my next shopping trip to stock up!

Quel magasin diversifié! Vous y trouverez assurément un produit qui correspond à vos goûts! Quel personnel passionné! Ils connaissent par coeur les différentes compositions (et pour connaître quelqu'un qui y a travaillé, ils doivent effectivement les apprendre) ils sont patients et prennent vraiment le temps de chercher avec nous l'odeur ou le goût que nous recherchons.
Même si vohs n'aimez pas le thé vous y trouverez un cadeau de fête ou d'hôte parfait car il y en a pour tous les goûts et tous les budgets.

So many teas to choose from. Other products as well, like infusers, gift sets and more. Staff give samples out. There's a rewards program. Tins are reusable and each time you bring in your tin to get refilled you get a few cents off. Staff are super friendly and helpful and not pushy.
