How I love d-rama as I call it. It has everything. Each store sells a little different. Each store is a little different. Some stores have lovely employees. I only wish they started selling knitting needles and yarn.
I love Dollarama! I always find myself going there for one random thing and I end up buying bags worth of stuff. They have so much variety of different products and they are so cheap that you just want one of everything. I think people just assume that everything there is crappy and poorly made, of course some things are but I think a lot of people would be surprised how many well known names can be found there.
Great store ,lots of variety, I shop there all the time, great place to buy greeting cards or kitchen gadgets, brand names at really cheap prices ....awesome
I like Dollarama. I like the fact that you can find a lot of inexpensive items in one place.
I don't like that, in spite of being a Canadian company, they chose to import a lot of their goods. Given the plunge our economy is taking, it's more important than ever for us to be responsible customers and choose products that buy jobs for our unemployed youth. Given my low household income, of course I'll still buy products at Dollarama--I'm just much more likely to doublecheck to see if I can't find similar items at the thrift store if they don't have anything in the product I'm looking for that's sourced domestically.
Love this store! Most products are great.....I have bought food mostly, storage containers for travelling, loved those perfect size for the carry on and a great price! I bought some jube jubes the red and green Christmas ones found them to be very fresh and tasty! I have bought greeting cards, paper, gift bags and plastic silverware. I never use the silverware at the hotel so this is great. Would highly recommend this store we have a few of them which is great!
Not really a dollar store anymore - many products exceed 2-3 dollars. They now have a larger variety with some good finds, like name-brand nail polish. Acceptable quality chocolates, food, and hair accessories. However, if you're looking for cookware, beauty products, toys or anything for the home, don't bother.
Not the best dollar store I've ever been to, but still great prices for the area, at least here in Montreal! Selection is pretty good but gets stale after a while, not as big as other dollar stores I've seen in the States. Lots of name brand and own brand products, range from 1 to 3 dollars! Love it, but room for improvement!
Well you can't beat the prices(except at Dollar Tree) but the isles are always full of boxes so it makes getting around hard to do, and there never seems to be anyone around to ask questions to, but when you do talk to staff they are friendly but not very knowledgeable.
Great deals and awesome prices. If you go often you can fund some great stuff. I've got loreal ombre dye here for $3 and elf cosmetics stuff for $1.25
Wow this place amazes me every time I go in. They have name brand products at such a low cost in every department.
