Great place to get the best bang for your buck! It appeals greatly to students & singles as they sell products in small quantities.
I personally like it as I can buy a little bit of this & that compared to costco that I buy things in bulk that at times get wasted coz we got too tired of it or sometimes, there's no place to put it away.

Great for first time home buyers or students renting apartments! You can buy all you need for a household under 100$!

I love the dollar store, I always spend more money than expected You can find anything. You have to take in consideration that it is not the best quality due to the price but a lot of items I have bought from there lasted a very long time.

cant go wrong with dollarama if you are on a budget for party decorations, other than name brand chocolate and decorations and stationary for scrapbooking, i dont really get much else from Dollarama

Service and quality not great, but prices are obviously cheap. I always go here for a few things and come home with a huge bag of stuff!!

I love Dollarama.. It's way cheaper to buy certain things at Dollarama than going to Walmart, party city or michaels.. Party supplies,art supplies, chocolates.stickers. You can't go wrong. The only downfall is their customer service & the fact they unpack their products in the aisles making hard to shop.

I'm a dollarama freak ! I buy everything there ! They have come a long way they never used to have much now they have everything! But there service can be bad though!

If you can go in knowing what you want - that's great. You won't be able to get good/any service at many locations - or so that seems to be the way things have gone. I wouldn't buy absolutely anything at the dollar store but it's great for some easy, every day essentials at a lower cost. Gift bags, seasonal decor, snacks, utensils...why not save a buck or two!
