e-Steam Canada Electronic Cigarettes' Kingston location is operated by a menage of obnoxious, immature, disruptive children who deter any sort of customer-base from developing for the booth and create a hostile, uncomfortable environment for all in the Frontenac Mall. I cannot speak for the quality, price, or selection of their products. I refuse to get anywhere near the booth due to the unprofessional, unapproachable staff.
On a typical day, there are three or four staff working. These appear to all be adults - and must all be aged 18+ to sell e-cigarrettes due to provincial laws. However, these staff are frequently observed acting like children. I visit the Frontenac Mall every Wednesday for laundry and groceries. These two venues are on opposite sides of the mall, and while at either, I can hear the staff of e-Steam screaming, laughing, hollering, and going on. Last week, two staff - a blonde woman and a tall, brunette young man - were wearing boxes on their heads and running frantically around the hallway in which their booth stands screaming "I HAVE A F******G BOX ON MY HEAD, I'M A BOX HEAD". Seriously. Grown adults were doing this. They then had a food fight with 0.25cent candies that hit customers in the midst.
Let me point out to anyone unfamiliar with the Frontenac Mall in Kingston, ON... it's a dying place. The grocery store, Dollarama, laundromat, Eye Clinics, and Chit Chat Cafe keep it afloat. Due to the nature of the remaining stores, it is frequented by elderly customers and mall-goers, as well as young families who attend the Easter, Christmas and Summer events (Little Ray's Reptiles, Santa, the Easter Bunny, etc.).
The way these staff act is offensive and obstructive to these shoppers - screaming profanities, or screaming and laughing about sexual activities, throwing things, running around.
If e-Steam Canada Electronic Cigarettes Kingston had new staff, or a GROWN-UP to SUPERVISE it's children, maybe it would transform to a profitable booth rather than a daycare.
