Run don’t walk to Eat Fresh Be Healthy, 185 Dundas Street West, in the heart of an ever changing “Chinatown”, which seems more like “Japan”- and “Koreatown” now. This is Summerlicious/Winterlicious every day of the year. Three-course lunch for $20, dinner for $25. Quality and quantity are amazing. We had a gorgeous roasted butternut squash soup, and a double-cut pork chop as our main, which in itself would have certainly cost at least $30.00 alone elsewhere. Here is a chef who really loves food – we watched as he made amazing presentations of every single dish, right down to the fruit garnish on the ice cream. Just sorry I didn’t discover this place sooner! One of the best deals in Toronto, along with amazing quality of ingredients, made fresh right in front of you.
