Great selection, poor customer service, always overcharged

I love their selection of merchandise. Great prices when they have sales. Not always great customer service. I am overcharged EVERY time I shop there. When I renewed my membership I had to pay an additional 5 dollar penalty because I didn't renew my card while it was still active. I let it lapse a month as I didn't need any fabric at the time it was expiring. I figured I would just renew my card when I needed something. For quite sometime they all expired in the summer regardless of when you purchased your yearly membership. So you never got a full year most times . They have since changed that. However because my card had expired and I never renewed my membership while it was still active I had to pay a 5 dollar penalty. Ridiculous!!!!

I have been overcharged by a minimum 10 dollars everytime I shop there. This last time was 12. Check your receipt and watch while they punch it in.
My last purchase was for a baby blanket. Her cut was so crooked I lost 4 inches on my blanket.
The customer service is horrible. They will never help you look for anything nor point you in the direction you need to go. I was making a 40's inspired bathing suit for my daughter. Found a pattern, than the material. They told me I needed 2 meters for this bikini. Granted it's more like shorts...however I thought 2 metres to be too much. They insisted . So I needed that for the lining as well. I used well under a meter. So I wasted money on almost 3 metres of fabric and Lining. Also there was no price on the pattern. The pattern was 40 dollars for a 40's inspired swimsuit and cover up. That was a shocker. I would have looked online for a pattern had I known. I just never had the time.

The selection of material is great.. prices are fantastic if you watch for sales. I do love this place.. despite the few hiccups.
