I have to agree with the consensus here. While Factory Direct may have comparable prices, the customer service is not good. I have had items on hold until they were delivered to the store and never heard from them to let me know when they came in. In the store, the wait for assistance from a customer service rep is way too long. I also have gone into the store to purchase something that was well stocked online only to be told they never had that item.

NEVER a friendly experience when called to inquire, just put me off.
They seem to not want business.
Would not recommend.
On the weekend I went to purchase an AC at first I had problems at the store factory direct they had1left in store but it's been on hold for an employee! R they kidding, no they not. I called the store and the manager argued with me a bit telling me any one van put it on hold for24 hours I get that but when u have an employee holding it and people have come in for it3days in a row 24hours is up!
So I brought home the ac after the disgruntled manager stopped trying cause he knew he was in the wrong. We put it up on Sunday because the store had stored it upside down so the freyon needed to settle. We went up to 30 or more yester day so I turned it on and the noise was blood curdling, when I looked the fan had broke apart inside and was banging and whistling awful
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product or recommend shopping at FACTORY DIRECT OTTAWA EAST!!!
