Really low quality clothes, things tear within a few wears. Cheap prices and the clothes show it.

I have family members and friends who love Forever 21 but personally the only thing I have ever found was a pair of earrings. I find that overall the clothing seems to be unflattering and I have not been impressed with the quality.
