I recently moved back to Ottawa and saw that a new pizza restaurant had opened up in the Byward Market. Specializing in traditional thin crust Italian pizza made over a woodstone oven, your meal is ready in as little as 180 seconds! The pizzas are cooked to perfection and you can customize completely or pick a pre-selected pizza order. The toppings are added to fresh dough right in front of you and then added to the woodstone oven. You can even take your pizza to go and it's ready faster than some fast food meals you'd get in other restaurants. I like to dine in and sit on their outdoor space to get some sun while I enjoy the delicious pizza!
The servers are all very pleasant and polite. You order and pay at the cash and choose a seat anywhere in the restaurant. When the pizza is ready, they bring it to you and you're all set for the rest of your meal. They have a selection of artisan drinks as well as fountain drinks and they are also fully licensed to serve alcohol. They have a few kinds of dessert but that's one area where they don't have as much to offer.
