I had been going to Fiorio Cumberland for 15 years and I have decided never to go there again. What a phony and unappreciative staff they have. I was treated like a second class citizen because I am not one of the beautiful people that frequent the Yorkville area. I was told that I had been receiving a lower price for a hair service because I am "nice person" but I would have to now pay a higher rate. I had no idea that I was getting a lower rate but realized the technician had gone up a tier. This was very humiliating to be told this and I will never go back there again. I have found a much more relaxed and friendly place that appreciates my business.

I got my hair cut at Bayview Fiorio a couple of days ago - I recommend everyone that salon. Very friendly and attentive staff.
Ask for Albert - he's very talented senior stylist. He knew exactly what looks best for me - very different from what I used to think. I have very fine, limp hair - he chose a style that easy to manage and highlightes my features.
I had at least twenty people complimented my new look next day in the office. :) I'll definitely go there again.

I have been getting my hair cut at Fiorio's for about 10 years now and I have never had a bad cut. I have had the lowest level stylist to Fiorio himself. I would would highly recommend this salon.

I just got my hair cut and highlighted here and was not too pleased. I asked for a bunch of blonde highlights but instead, got a few orange ones. My hair cut is uneven at the bottom, which I don't like and on the back of my head is a big blotch of highlight that I noticed yesterday in the changeroom at H+M. It just looks like a home job and I'm feeling ripped off that the whole shebang was $200 for something that looks homemade. The staff are nice enough, but for that price and quality I won't go back.

I found the salon to be quite expensive. If it were not for the gift certificate I had, I probably would not have gone. Also, after spending $100 on hi-lites, the colour washed out in less than 2 weeks. I really like the cut though.

I've been getting my hair cut there for 8 years. No matter which stylist I see I always get fantastic results!!
