Fiorio Square One goes above and beyond when it comes to caring for their clients and making sure everyone leaves happy and confident with their new look. Since my very first visit 3 months ago, I have come back twice because I’ve loved how my hair looks when I leave the salon. On my first visit, I had booked an appointment for a hair cut and two weeks later, I was back again but this time, for a colour correction. When I left the salon that day, I knew I had finally found a stylist and colourist that I could trust with my hair.

My most recent visit to Fiorio was just as pleasant as my past visits have been. I checked in about 15 minutes early at the front desk and the receptionist took my sweater to hang up and offered me some water. She showed me to the section where clients get their hair coloured as I was there for a colouring service on my red hair. My colourist, Milena, greeted me and asked what she was doing on my hair today. I mentioned that I wanted my roots touched up because they had grown out quite a bit and that I wanted to even out the colour from all the fading. She was excited and had left to go mix the colour. As she was doing so, my stylist, Savannah, had just walked in to the salon with her purse still in hand (I'm assuming she had just come in for the start of her shift) and before even putting her purse away, she came by to say hi and asked me how short I wanted my hair to be. Prior to my appointment, we had previously discussed that I wanted short hair but wasn’t sure what length would look good. I wanted a change so I showed her the length (which was quite a bit seeing as I had long hair to begin with). She asked to make sure I was ok with the length and when I said yes, she went ahead and cut it off right at the beginning and went on her way.

Milena had returned and started applying the product to my roots to lighten them so that when she applied the colour afterwards, it would even out. She was surprised at how vibrant most of my hair had stayed since red is the quickest fading colour. She had an assistant help with that and then after waiting about 10-15 mins, her assistant came by and walked me over to rinse my hair and give me a quick rough dry before applying the actual colour to my hair. Her assistant started applying the colour as Milena was finishing up with another client so that I wasn’t left waiting. She came back and took over colouring my hair and when everything was applied, she gave me a few magazines to read while I waited for the colour to process. When the time was up, Milena was working on another client so she had her assistant wash the colour out of my hair along with a head massage so I wasn't left waiting again.

Once that was done, she took me over to my stylist’s chair and brought my purse back to me that I had left at the colouring station. Savannah didn’t keep me waiting and after talking to her about what I wanted to do with my hair, she went right to work. Throughout the cut, she would ask for my opinion making sure she didn’t cut too much off and kept reassuring me that this was going to be a great change for me. Towards the end, she showed me what my hair looked like from the back and told me that the top looked a little heavy so she asked if I wanted to take a bit more off. I told her to do what would be best since I trusted her opinion. By the end of it, I quickly fell in love with my new cut (and refreshed vibrant red hair colour!). I was so nervous because I haven’t had short hair in about 5 years but Savannah did an outstanding job and I’m glad I went through with it.

Everyone who works at the salon are very professional yet friendly and aren’t afraid to come talk to you (or compliment your hair!) which is such a great thing when it comes to finding the perfect salon for me. It’s spacious and clean and they really make me feel pampered when I’m there.

The pricing is great because they’ve got a price that can fit your budget with different level stylists who are all very talented!

So if you’re looking to change up your hair, Fiorio Square One is the place to go. If you're looking to change your colour, Milena is the person you want to go to, she’s absolutely incredible - she’s the reason why my hair has become a more bright and vibrant red since first getting it coloured at a different salon. And if you’re looking to get a cut, I highly recommend Savannah - she is extremely talented and gave me the courage to rock the short hair! I’m so glad Fiorio is staffed with such amazing people, it’s the reason why I’ve become a loyal client to this salon.

I am very picky with my hair and i don't just go to anyone. But with Savannah from sq1 i have nothing to worry about she does great job with any hair style that i come to her with. She makes my experience at the salon a great one and comfortable. I recommend to anyone and everyone..

I went to Fiorio Square One for the first time in April. I had been looking for a great stylist for the longest while. Upon calling they were very friendly and ready to help. When I told them my situation and explained that I wanted to keep as much length as possible as well as the fact that my hair is extremely thick, they had recommended a level three stylist. I had to cancel my appointment but last minute they took me in the same day! This time they said Savanna was available and that she was a level one. I went in a little nervous because I've has only bad experiences with my hair over many years. I explained to Savanna that I wanted to keep as much of my length as possible and try something new with my layers. Basically I wanted a new look but nothing too "out of the box". Savanna was extremely friendly and took the time to listen to what I wanted and even gave me advice on what would look good. Savanna had done everything I had asked her to and more! She's an amazing stylist who has a lot of knowledge and who takes her time in caring for her client's hair. I definitely would recommend anyone who wants a stylist who does an amazing job and listens carefully to what her clients want. Keeping my length is such a big deal to me and with barely cutting off my length Savanna has managed to keep my hair looking alive and fresh adding a unique twist to my cut every time!

I've never been more thrilled! She was so easy to talk to, and understood exactly the way I wanted my hair to turn out! I look like a bombshell! Finally, I have a stylist that I actually will return to.

I've been getting my hair done here for some time now. I always see kelly for my colour and she is AMAZING! I recommend her to everyone! I always get compliments on my hair colour and every time I go to kelly she listen to exactly what I want and always adds her professional suggestions! I've never been disappointed! She is an amazing colourist, very sweet, nice and professional. I've gotten my hair cut by a stylist named Chris. He also listened to everything I said that I wanted, added his suggestions and then listened to my feedback. He was very professional very funny and overall the best time I've ever had getting my hair cut. I've very particular about my hair and he did an incredible job! I can't find a single thing I don't like about it, its absolutely flawless! If you want to look and feel great! Go see kelly and Chris!!!

My first time at Fiorio Square One: Kelly was my colorist and she is fantastic! She evened out my hair color seamlessly. For my cut I saw Tommy, and was I ever impressed! He actually listened to me when it came to my wants. I am never going anywhere else, I have finally found my hair salon! I no longer have a multicolored, dry, dull head of hair. My hair is shiny and beautiful, thank you Fiorio Square One!

I was reccomended to go to fiorio salon in square one by my freind to see the guy who cut her hair, named chris. I was the happiest i've ever been leaving a hair salon! His haircuts are absolutely amazing!!! I have already reccomended some of my family and freinds to him. The salon itself was very nice and had a great atmosphere. Everyone seemed really nice and I had amazing service, I felt like a celebrity while I was there and I have already booked for my next haircut there.

I've been going to Fiorio at sq1 for about 3 years now and have had a few different people and have always had a great experience but my favorites have to be Diana for my color and Danielle for my cut. I was there not too long ago and was in need for a change so i told her what i wanted for the color and she gave me some more suggestions to really make it look great with my skin complexion. Danielle who is one of the master stylists gave me a total makeover and i have never been happier. she is an amazing stylist and an even better teacher cus one of the stylist came over and asked for her help about a cut and she gave them great advise. i then asked her if that happens often and she told me that they are always taking courses to better themselves so whenever they can help each other out they do. I'm in love with my hair and have not stopped getting compliments! I now have 3 of my friends who have started going there and love it as well. Fiorio is an amazing salon and they really do an amazing job!

I got my hair done a couple of weeks ago at Fiorio in Sq1 and it was amazing! I got my highlights done with Milena. I went in with a picture of JLo ( the one where her roots r darker than her ends) and she matched it perfectly. I've never loved my color this much. I then got my cut with Stephanie and let her do what she wanted i just asked to keep my length. She gave me an amazing cut i've been getting ppl come up to me asking me where i got my hair done cus it looks so good! If you need a salon go to Fiorio even if u dont! go try it out its amazing!
