Great Gym to Go

Fitness forum is located in London Ontario and has a great facility, the staff are great as well as the equipment are up to date. The classes are fun to join and open to anyone. It's a large facility and offers a great free personal training orientation for new members. Affordable and would recommend to anyone in the area.
