I went here for the first time the other day with Artist to try the free drop in class. I was extremely nervous at first, having not been near a gym for about five years, and really having no idea what to expect. However as soon as I got into the studio, I immediately relaxed. I forget the name of the person teaching the pole dance class, but she was extremely energetic, patient and helpful. I had some trouble doing the spins at first, but she was definitely very helpful and made sure I knew how to do them.
Going to flirty girl was a huge confidence booster - I felt so happy during and after the class, and definitely plan on going back as soon as I have some spare time.

I just started going to Flirty Girl this year and it's been SO much fun. I look forward to my classes every week and I always leave them feeling upbeat and excited, no matter how bad my day was.
The staff are all very warm and welcoming and will gladly answer any questions you have. The instructors are fun and excited and are always more than willing to stop and explain a move again if you're having trouble catching on.
The mood in the classes is always one of freedom and women can have fun and feel sexy without worrying about their bodies, because every woman is beautiful.
The facilities are clean and modern. They offer everything you need, right down to styling products for after your shower, so there's no need to go home, you can head right downtown to try out your new dance moves right away!
I would definately recommend trying this place out.

The ladies at my Daycare plan a trip for all of the staff and the cool moms every year. They don't tell us what we are doing or where we are going. This year we pulled up to Flirty Girl Fitness. I wasn't sure what to think. We did the Pole Dancing and the Coyotty Dancing. It was sooooo much fun! And a great work out. I coud feel all of my muscles the next day. The staff made it a lot of fun! I hope we go back next year!!!!

When I was in Toronto, I went to Flirty Girl, not knowing what to expect. I was pleasantly suprised and impressed with the modern facility and the proffesionalism of the staff. Not only are the classes comfortable for all types of women, the music is excellent and the dance instructors are great !

I love this place! The girls at the front desk are very friendly and always welcome you. The facilities are clean and trendy. There are so many classes to choose from, like pole dancing, pilates, sexy stretch, salsalicious, chair striptease, hot body boxing and they keep adding more new ones. They encourage your comments and suggestions and follow through on them.

The instructors are very knowledgeble in their areas of expertise and are always happy and bubbly which rubs off on you! If you can't get a move right - don't be afraid to ask if they can go over it one more time as they are more than happy to help.

I take the pilates class every week which has helped with my posture and my muscles are nicely stretched by the end of the class - and it's like having your own private instructor as she comes around and makes sure you are doing the moves correctly! The pole dancing defines the muscle in your arms - you will see results fast. I also enjoy the chair fit class as we work with weights and you get a total body workout. The dance classes are so much fun and they have a good selection of music to work out to.

They have different memberships to choose from, I went with the yearly membership as the classes are unlimited.

I would definitely recommend Flirty Girl Fitness, it's the best place to get fit!

The staff is AMAZING, but I am not impressed with the fact that for drop in pole dancing classes they often overbook and make some of the girls share poles. This is double dipping! They should be capping the class once each pole space has been filled. Not cool to have to pay full price for a class where you are only actually spending half your time on the pole.

I think Flirty Girl is definitely a must try for every women, it really makes you feel empowered! The studio is beautiful, I have never seen such clean and nice facilities in a gym. It did feel like they crammed many of us into one studio, there were about 20 in the class. The instructor was very knowlegeable and inspiring, she really forced you to bring out your sexy side! One thing is for sure: If you really want to get over your shyness, meet new people and at the same time get fit and be sexy, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! Really, there is no room to be shy here. It feels awkward in the beginning, but after a while everyone lets their inhibitons go.

When you're actually working whether on the pole or the chair, you don't feel you've worked your muscles until the next day. My hamstrings, glutes and abs were quite sore!

When it comes to finding the place, it is a little difficult the first time. Flirty Girl is in a somewhat remote area. But once you find it, you know where it is.

I do think that knowledge and professionalism of the staff at the front desk can be improved slightly.

Otherwise, check this place out! Flirty Girl is SO MUCH FUN! Better to try with friends, so you can laugh/dance/be sexy together!

If you like to workout or dance or just learn new ways of expressing yourself this is the place. There is really number of classes to choose from (cardio or/and strengthening) which gives you an awesome workout and it's an alternative way of working out which I prefer as the time really flows and you have fun. I truly recommend to try whatever suits you. The schedule is rich in classes and most of them are afternoon
time. The instructors vary in style and personalities which makes you learn different things and all of them are very supportive and willing to get the best of you.
The place is clean and visually yummy, they offer lockers and showers, iron board(yeah!), hair styling products and weight scale!!
It's located downtown and it's easy to access by TTC or you can park your car in front (free parking after 6pm I think). You may have some trouble finding the place the 1st time as there is no sign from the street although you can see the pink light if you look attentively.
Most classes are very dynamic and the whole place has a nice friendly vibe.
You will see women of all ages and shapes so please, if you are interested do not hesitate to come if your age or shape bothers you. This is the place that will make you feel better as it's all women environment and classes are meant for improving your fitness and confidence level.
The front staff is Ok. Whether you like them or not they do their job well and that' s what matters.
I personally love the place. My body changed, my curves are more accentuated I can move better, I learn new things all the time and it's hard to get bored as there are so many classes to check. My flexibility also improved.
From not being able to do 1 pushup and not being flexible I came a long way. I can rock the pole upside down and can do a split!

I've been going to Flirtygirl Fitness for a while now. They offer a wide range of classes that are very challenging - a good workout. The staff is friendly and encouraging. It's a nice facility with lockers, showers, and everything else you might need - and the membership is very reasonable considering it's unlimited classes.
