This wonderful winery located in Lincoln Ontario (in the Niagara region) is a Canadian twist on traditional Italian wine-making. If you're looking to tour the Niagara wine region I'd definitely put this place on your list! Their 100% appassimento wines, while rather expensive, are the nicest reds I've ever had!
