Was not great

They were average. All of their Canadian stores have closed, and gone out of business. I would often stop in when I was in my local outlet mall, however rarely ever found anything. The layouts were awful, everything everywhere. While sort of trendy, the quality was not the greatest either for the clothing. Cheap sometimes uncomfortable material. Even with the closing sale, I found very little in which was worth the price. The few items I have bought in the past likely will not last me long.

FOREVER 21 CANADA BLOW OUT CLOSING SALE

I went to the forever 21 store in SURREY BC today and they had incredible closing out sales on because all Canadian stores are closing unfortunately. Only good thing is you can still order online and by In-store as of this Wednesday coming up. The sales were 70-80% off and I paid as low as 1.20$.

I love Forever21. The customer service are friendly. I always going to Forever21 often. The clothes and accessories are pretty. Great deals for women’s clothing.

Bad.

Customer service is horrible. Store reps are even worse, if you have a problem, they will not help you. They do not care, and will inconvenience you in every way, when they made a mistake, and refuse to correct it, apologize for it.

Cheap

I've been shopping at Forever 21 since high school. It's a decent fast-fashion store. I would definitely not recommend buying basics/staples here; just opt for the trendy pieces that you probably don't want to invest a lot of money in, just in case trend dies. They have clothes for literally every person's sense of style, so you really can't go wrong. Just be warned that these clothes are VERY low quality; they aren't meant to last you a long time, and that's reflected in the low price-point.

Les vêtements au Forever 21 sont tellement beaux et stylés! Je vais toujours là-bas. Il y a des vêtements pour hommes et pour femmes. Le seul petit hic, c’est que les prix sont vraiment très élevés. Pour aller magasiner là-bas sa prend un bon budget.

Customer Service

Customer Service in store is not as it should be - every Forever 21 store I have ever stepped foot in has been an absolute disaster. Merchandise all over the place and some even ripped or dirty on the rack.

Bodycon Maxi Skirt:Very bad quality, there is no lining, the material is very cheep, its shows EVERYTHING!
Cutout One-Piece Swimsuit: Very bad quality, there is no lining, the material is very cheep, its shows EVERYTHING!
Floral Ruched Maxi Skirt: Material is very bad! I bought this skirt once and it ripped on the bottom while I was using it! I though it was bad use and then I bought a second one, it happened the same thing! On the 1st day of use!!!!!

love-hate relationship

Forever 21 is always a hit or miss for me. I've really seen the company grow and the prices fluctuate as well. A majority of my clothing is from Forever21, however I will say that shopping in the stores are extremely hectic. At least in the malls in my are.As far as the quality of the clothing goes, I will say it's a hit or miss. I don't think the quality of the clothing is A+, however, I think it's worth the price most of the time. It's a fairly affordable store with some exceptions and they have a good variety of clothing. Their jewelry is a little on the cheap side, but $3 for earrings and necklaces, you can't expect much from the quality with that price.

It was okay when I was in high school

For a young teenager this store was amazing for me. Cheap and so many options. As I've grown older I realize I don't want to be 21 forever, and I noticed I started to hate this store. Its so disorganized and the material is very cheap. It's okay for basics but I wouldn't buy my whole wardrobe here. They also go crazy with trends and it's too overwhelming.
