Their stuff is cute and well priced, but the quality is quite poor. The clothes lose their shape after a short time, and once I bought a bikini and it came apart the first time I wore it! I would shop there just for pieces I need to wear a few times, but not to build a whole wardrobe; the clothes just won't last.

The clothes are nice and stores most of all big. You have a lot of choice to fit you silhouette (more than other stores I love to go in), but customer service in store is weak, at the checkout it's a bit better instead.

I like this store, but the selection of clothing can be overwhelming online and instore. They are more of trendsetter store and don't have that quality feel behind.

I have a love hate relationship with forever 21. I love the variety that they carry but I hate how chaotic it feels in there. I feel that the stuff neglect to clean up or organize the store at all. And God forbid you ask someone to find a size or an item, they have no idea where to even begin!

I hear a lot of people shop at Forwver 21 and to be honest every time I go the store is very messy and the line ups are long - whether to check out or use the fitting room. The stuff I have bought in the past do not last, the quality of the material is very cheap and will lose shape right away.

Forever 21 has the latest trendy lines, however I often find the store very messy and disorganized. I guess due to its high traffic its hard to keep clean, but it can impact the shoppers experience at the store. The prices are great, however the quality is not. I find that the cheap tank tops will loose shape after 1 wash.

Forever 21 is very hit or miss but if you're sure to try everything on you can stock up on basics or get cute on-trend things without paying a ridiculous amount. Also, depending on the location, it's a good place to find cute cheap lingerie.

You have to really search through this store to find something of great quality. Most of the items of this store are at poor quality, but they make it up by catering to a large variety of styles, which is great for someone who's style is uncommon. Great for essentials, but not really great for more proper pieces.

Forever 21 is a great store for fast fashion - but these clothes, in my opinion, aren't the highest of quality. They also carry basic and classic pieces (in really great quality) that can stay in the closet forever. The store can be a bit overwhelming in terms of crowds and mess.

Forever 21 is one of my favourite stores. However, I find it overwhelming shopping in the store as most of them are huge and the close is just scattered everywhere and usually messy. But very good prices if you can manage to find what you're looking for. I prefer to shop on Forever 21 online as it is more organized.
