They have great looking clothes for a good price. They also have very good sales

Forever 21 can be good sometimes but you have to watch what you buy, There clothes are made very cheap. Sales staff are good. store is clean.

their products are very cheap and very trendy. if you're patient, you can find cheap products but made with good quality. but i gotta say that some products really are made from cheap materials, i guess you get what you pay for (for some proucts.) but all in all, it's worth it to shop in this store. and if you're careful with their products it could last.

Worst quality ever.. Clothes made very cheap.

The worst quality clothing I have ever experienced. I washed a bunch of tops in cold water...pulled them out of the WASHER and they were 3x smaller to the point that I couldn't wear them. Brutal. Some of their stuff is cute, I'm 26 and feel like I'm getting a little too old to wear some of it. But warning - quality is AWFUL.

I went to Forever 21, for the first time, when I went to Toronto, as in Regina we don't have the store. I really liked the cute, trendy and stylist clothes, accesories, shoes everything. I bought a couple of Jumpsuits and rompers, and they fitted me perfectly, which is not common for me. This is one of the reason I started shopping here. However, the quality of the merchandise is not that good. I only shop for regular wear clothes just because of the quality. The organization of the store also needs some work upon. The price are pretty affordable!

forever 21 has nice clothes specially good for girl ,quality and price are also reasonable. Store is well organised but customer service is not that good

Forever21 doesn't have good service... they are normally too many customers and very few salespeople. They're always too irritated or fatigued to help. I find their general attitude is not pleasant. I think the prices are good, but the quality is really bad. After washing things once, the clothes basically fall apart. I would not buy anything else from this store. If anything, Urban Outfitters' clothes are much better quality and just as cheap (on sale)
