Bad.

Customer service is horrible. Store reps are even worse, if you have a problem, they will not help you. They do not care, and will inconvenience you in every way, when they made a mistake, and refuse to correct it, apologize for it.

DO NOT BUY AT FOREVER XXI!!!!!!

I bought the following products:

Bodycon Maxi Skirt:Very bad quality, there is no lining, the material is very cheep, its shows EVERYTHING!
Cutout One-Piece Swimsuit: Very bad quality, there is no lining, the material is very cheep, its shows EVERYTHING!
Floral Ruched Maxi Skirt: Material is very bad! I bought this skirt once and it ripped on the bottom while I was using it! I though it was bad use and then I bought a second one, it happened the same thing! On the 1st day of use!!!!!

I have brought my niece in here to shop, and the customer service is horrible here! We always end up walking out. I would never shop here for myself, its not my style.

I went in the store and looked around for a bit and honestly the clothes are not that nice, they look cheaply made and the store was a disaster . Everything was every where it's looked like a messy teenage room.

Worst quality ever.. Clothes made very cheap.
