Was not great

They were average. All of their Canadian stores have closed, and gone out of business. I would often stop in when I was in my local outlet mall, however rarely ever found anything. The layouts were awful, everything everywhere. While sort of trendy, the quality was not the greatest either for the clothing. Cheap sometimes uncomfortable material. Even with the closing sale, I found very little in which was worth the price. The few items I have bought in the past likely will not last me long.

Customer Service

Customer Service in store is not as it should be - every Forever 21 store I have ever stepped foot in has been an absolute disaster. Merchandise all over the place and some even ripped or dirty on the rack.

It was okay when I was in high school

For a young teenager this store was amazing for me. Cheap and so many options. As I've grown older I realize I don't want to be 21 forever, and I noticed I started to hate this store. Its so disorganized and the material is very cheap. It's okay for basics but I wouldn't buy my whole wardrobe here. They also go crazy with trends and it's too overwhelming.

Decent store

I like shopping at Forever 21 every once in while, but it's definitely not my first choice of store. I feel that Forever 21 sells clothes that can be worn for one season before they start to rip/wear out/fade/etc. Some of the clothes are not worth the price tag in my honest opinion.

Meh

The quality isn't too great for the price they charge, not to mention half the time their products have a stupid design or quote on it which ruins the item. They've got one or two cute things but usually not worth my time or money

I bought jeans from F21 online site. I washed the jeans just once, and the jeans gone hard like rocks!!! I wasn't even able to wear it at all because it's the jeans scratches my legs when I put them on and it's not wearable. And yes, it shrinks after I washed it. I didn't use hot water, just room temperature water cuz I was concerned it would shrinks. And, unfortunately, it shrinks even with room temperature water. I will never buy jeans from F21 anymore.

I have been shopping at Forever 21 (F21) since the beginning of highschool, so I'm a long time customer of the brand. The clothes and accessories sold at F21 are trendy and seasonal (you probably won't find the same item in store the next month!). However, it's not my favourite store for quality pieces.

F21 clothes have the tendency to be plastic and well, cheap. You get what you pay for! I found this to be reasonable 4 years ago, but now, the prices at F21 are rising and for the quality that you're getting, I cannot justify spending my money there anymore (unless there's a GREAT deal)!

If you're looking for accessories, beware. The paint of the jewellery begins to peel, fade, and turn colour after a few wears. The hats are trendy, but uncomfortable to wear (the knits are scratchy and the caps are hard plastic). If you're looking for makeup...stay away! The eyeshadows stained my eyelids and the lipstick came off in less than an hour. Not pleased! The nail polish isn't bad, but you could get better ones for the same price at the drugstore.

I probably sound terribly disappointed, and I truly am! 4 years ago, the quality was not that bad, and I still have pieces that have not fallen apart since then. However, pieces that I bough in DECEMBER have seams already torn and threads are spewing out everywhere!

Overall, although F21 is a "budget-friendly" store (honestly, it's getting kind of expensive), the price is too high to justify what you're getting. Sadly, I will only be shopping here if a major deal arises.

I enjoy shopping at Forever21. They always have new styles for a great price. If whatever I buy go out of style, at least I didn't spend a lot on it. Quality wise, they're alright. We get what we pay for.
Stores are a little messy, some are messier than others.
Website, they provide fairly good information to get a good idea of what the sizing is.

Personally, I'm not able to buy a lot from the store because their sizes vary a lot. I don't usually fit into small as I'm an extra small. Not all their clothes have XS.

First of all this store has two floors and the first floor consists of all clothing items in the small size. The medium and large size is on the second floor. A little discriminating to the medium to large size gals. I did find some nice items but again it was in the small size and alot of their clothing felt and looked like poor quality. Not a store for me.

I find that Forever 21 is really hit and miss. Sometimes you can find great things here but when you do, I find that they either have an odd cut to them and do not fit in a flattering manner OR that they do NOT wash well at all.
