I was in Metrotown's Forever 21 with my boyfriend just browsing when HE noticed a really cute peach dress hanging from the top racks. There was no one around to help us get it down, but both of us having worked in retail before just found that silver "hanger-getter" and he proceeded to find my size for me. The first one he pulled down in my size was ripped all over. I don't know who hung that back up but it clearly should have been taken off the floor.
