If you're looking for a trendy night out, Fude is the place for you! It features local Manitoba vegetables, grains and meats. They have an always changing menu, but their Chocolate Chilli Chicken is to die for! The paring of chocolate with spice is delish! The atmosphere is really nice, my fiancee and I often go there for a fancy date night.

If you're looking for a great apitizer, try the beet hummus!

The most amazing restuarant I've ever been to! The owner was really friendly and came to our table to talk with us about the menu and our experience at his restaurant! Everything on the menu is grown in Manitoba, but the flavor combinations are really unique. I had Chili Chocolate Chicken (unbelievable!) with raspberry mashed potatoes! They promise that if you don't like the first bite, your meal is free and you choose anything else on the menu. If you're in WInnipeg, definitely check this one out! It's a little pricey (for some of us), but perfect for a special occasion. You couldn't possibly be disappointed. I just can't say enough good things about it!
