I've been to this place several times and it's always great. The lineups are crazy at lunchtime but it's worth the wait if you have the time. They have a wide selection of Italian foods like pizza, pasta, paninis. They also have brownies that look incredible (though I haven't tried one yet). The place is also very clean and the food is fresh. Expect to pay $10-$12 for the average meal, but the portion size is large so it's worth it.

If you have the patience for the lunch time lineup, this place is fantastic. Though they have a small dine in section, this is cafeteria style where you line up for your lunch. Choose from fresh pastas, paninis and salads. Everything tastes homemade and the portions are generous. I always order the pasta special, which is $10 and includes a side salad. If it weren't for the line up, I'd probably eat here several times a week (my other favourite is Sandwich Box). If you go before 11:30 or after 1, you can avoid the rush, otherwise expect to wait about 20 minutes before ordering your food.
