I like their stores, layout and selection. Especially their sales section - I can always find something i like and need.

Garage is my favourite store to shop at love everything about it, the clothes are super cute and the people at the store are always helpful and really nice

I used to shop at Garage A LOT when I was a teenager, it was one of my favorite stores. I find it's very trendy and aimed more at tweens/teens so I don't do much shopping there anymore. It's still great for basics like tank tops and jeans though, and I even find the occasional bag that I like.

I love garage. Their sizes fit a bit small, but their basics (tank tops, leggings) are great. Their stuff usually lasts a long time and holds up in the wash.

I don't live in Ottawa, but the Garage store I go to is amazing! The service is great, whenever I ask for help there is always a very kind person to help me find exactly what I am looking for. I buy all of my leggins and tank tops from here, they are super inexpensive and great quality. I always find the sales to be really good as well, as far as I can say I haven't had a bad experience at all with this company.

I don't live in Ottawa but where I live I found the service is bad, they are pretty rude and look at everyone like they would steal even though it's in a huge mall and have a ton of security.

I've bought a few things there before, I found them items alright. Some prices though are a bit expensive. What do you think, have you been there?

I am contacting to file a complaint with your company, about the customer service. The customer service at the garage is terrible. The lady working who called herself the manager there accused me of washing a pair of shorts, when I didn't. She wasted at least 30 min of my time, and made my shopping experience really unsatisfactory, and I left early instead of shopping more.

I am writing you, because she greatly offended me by accusing me with no evidence, and turning me into a victim. It was about a $10 bill, and I left shopping early because she insulted me over it.

She said the shorts I was returning smelled too good, to lead up to her opinion that she thought it smelled like tide. They could never smell like tide, because I don't even keep tide in my house. I use herbal essences body wash which is probably why she thought they smelled good - it was kind of weird that she was smelling them anyway.

To compare the smell of the shorts to other shorts, she brought out damaged ones to compare it to, and I sat in that stuffy miserable store for another passing of 10 minutes as she tried to figure out her job. Instead of getting shorts of the same size and make off the floor to compare them fairly, she brought out damaged shorts, and large ones to compare them to when they were a size extra small - which is why I was returning them because I tried them on at home and they were too small. They were the only size there besides extra large.

When finally the manager got it together enough to compare them to, they were the same size, and of the same smell and appearance. I even had the tag with it.

I am really upset about not only the money I wasted dealing with the people that work there, but at getting bullied and then ripped off of $10.

The Garage Clothing is the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life.

Some of the girls that work on at the fitting rooms are really nice, but that manager doesn't know how to do her job, and she bullied me into leaving the store.

Terrible store! The clothes and merchandise is a rip off considering the poor quality and design of most of their clothes! I purchased two tank tops from Garage that fell apart within a month - the seams ripped on both of them! Cheap clothes for a cheap price - you get what you pay for!

Though most of what they carry is geared to teenagers and very young adults. You can still find a few scarves and little accessories for older folks. All in all good store.

Garage is great, the clothing is very trendy but the quality is okay. You can get some good deals here, some things are really cheap... but somethings like a couple pair of jeans and sweaters are like 40$, but they do have nice sales/deals. I'd recommend shopping online here because there are more deals online, for example, they always have a 25% off or 30% off, but it's never available in-store!
