I LOVE the GLC! It's such a great place to hang out while you're in Whistler. It definitely is one of the hot spots in the village! I would describe the atmosphere as casual and fun! The staff are really friendly and easy going and the food is good and affordable. Great service, great people, this is definitely a place I visit when I'm in town.

The Garibaldi Lift Company (GLC) is located at the base of Whistler Mountain. The GLC is a combination of a pub by day aand a lounge by night. It has several live bands throughout the year and also plays the latest ski, snowboard and sledding videos to ambient music on most evenings. I highly recommend the tapas such as their tuscetta (very similar but better than any bruscetta I have ever had) and their wahoo chicken. The staff is super friendly and the GLC has an all around great atmosphere. Next time you are in Whistler...check it out!
