Great Service and Products

I always enjoy looking around Giant Tiger, both the food and the apparel. They offer a wide variety of food items and you can often find good sales. Not all of the food items are cheaper compared to other stores, so you should be sure to look around for price differences first to see what items are truly worth purchasing here. They also offer some unique food items that I tend to find are hard to find or generally expensive for a great price.

As for apparel, they tend to offer a lot of different options and the selection changes quite frequently. Often the material is cheap or the clothes look better on the hanger than they do on, so I'd suggest trying the clothes on before purchasing. They do have change rooms available. I have, however, bought some nice pants from here as well as t-shirts for $6, which were of good quality.

Different products at affordable prices

I enjoy going to Giant Tiger. They often have very nice clothes for all different styles and weather types. I have got a lot of business clothes from here and people compliment me on how nice they are. The price for the clothes is usually cheaper than I can find anywhere else.

As far at the food, sometimes it can be pricey. I find things go on sale often though. Giant Tiger carries a lot of different brands and items. Usually it has whatever food I am looking for.

I find the people working there are generally very friendly and social. They are more than willing to answer any questions you may have.

The store I go to is always clean and things are easy to find.

Not a great place for cloths etc but they do have good grocery deals often and occasionally good deals on things like flannel sheets and blankets. I go through tons of slippers because my Great Dane chews them up and am not too annoyed because GT always has decent cheap slippers available.

I don't go here very often but when I do it is always for something that is a pretty good deal. The only thing I find is that the quality isn't really great but I guess you get what you pay for

I like Giant Tiger but you take a chance with pretty much anything you purchase there. Some things are awesome! But most are cheaply made and fall apart. I'm talking clothing, furniture, pictures, shoes... They have great prices but you have to make sure you always save your receipt with GT

The clothes here are poorly made but I love the deals on the grocery items and curtains and home decor

I've only been there twice and I found the store very well organized. A large selection of everyday items. We purchased a few things at a great price. Friendly and courteous staff were very helpful and knew their store.

Giant Tiger has some really good drapery panels at a very reasonable prices [ $10.00 to $15.00 each]. Last fall I needed to cover some windows in a new addition to my home. Not sure what the décor would be I just wanted them covered .I saw a flyer for GT and thought for that price it would work for the time being. I bought 6 pairs of room darkening at $10.00 a panel in 3 different styles and colours. This week I took them down to wash them. I was very surprised they washed up really well . I have decided that I will continue to use them they look like new . A better deal than $30.00 to $50.00 a panel at other stores. At that price I wont feel bad when I decide to redecorate in a couple of years.

Cool store and lots of really good deals! Sometimes I find really cute clothing here as well. I really like getting groceries here.

Our area was lucky enough to get a Giant Tiger just before xmas. Huge product selection, tons of groceries with great prices, nice clean store and happy to take coupons. What more could a girl ask for? Oh yeah, and supporting Canadian!! :)
