Not so painful and actually worked!! i have tried sugaring in the past and the only things that come off was the sugaring and no hair, but this tme it got my stubborn hair!! VERY VERY IMPRESSED!!!! Considering I was waxing it wasnt sooo painful, minor pain but nothing big, and minimal redness after!! Really worth it I was not disapointed and I dont think you will be either.
