Louise and Sue Alexander are sisters from Toronto, Ontario. They started this amazing trend in Canada of selling your old gold through home parties. I first heard about them on CTV Canada AM.
I finally decided to host a party which was so much fun. They provide an invitation and everything you need to know to host the party. You invite your friends over to bring their unwanted gold. At the end of the party they handed me a cheque for almost $500, as a commission, just for hosting the party. They also gave me $25 to pay for my snacks.
I was so impressed to see the press book they carry with them to the parties, they have been written about in so many papers and on so many tv shows. They also told me that they have franchised and are now in Calgary and Ottawa.
The best part is I was also able to unload old broken jewellery that has been sitting around and I was astonished at how much money they gave me for it. All of my guests were thrilled. This was such a fun party. I am thinking of having another one!!!
