This location is an all women's facility. It's a comfortable and open space in which ladies of all ages, sizes, and culture come to exercise.
The staff is friendly; and the class instructors are motivating.
The location is a tiny place but many equipments are available, you got the cardio and weights machines, the classroom which can be packed because of space so first come first serve. There is a sauna and a decent change room and clean shower cubes.

It's not special in my opinion but I am able to get my work out done without anybody bothering me. I think having a staff member check up on you and see how your are doing would be a kind gesture. Also maintaining that the thread mills' headphone jack is in working condition would be appreciated.

But overall, I am satisfied with my experience so far.
