Service is terrible! I have been to a different great clips before and it was fine, but this location was awful. The lady starting chopping at my hair before she even understood what I wanted. I had just grown my hair out pretty long and was looking for a trim at the bottom. I wanted my hair straight across at the bottom. The lady cut all kinds of chunks in on side of my hair and didn't cut the left side. She said she was done. I was panicking BC my hair was all choppy. This isn't what I wanted at all. I got upset and she didn't care at all. She was like 'I cut it into a v. It looks so much better' I told her I didn't want a v! She then replied with 'I didn't cut it into a v.' What what what??? So I pointed to the left side and was like what is this? She replied with 'oh, I forgot to do that part.' Then just starting cutting into my hair! I thought I was having a nightmare! I didn't know what to, she has ruined my hair. I reported her and great clips said the best they can do is have her try to cut it again or give me a check for $12 for the damage. How on earth is 12 bucks going to repair my hair? Do they sale 12 weave or something?
