Vegan Cafe

This Cafe is located in Ottawa, Ontario.

The owners host cooking demos. I recently attended one for a vegan lasagne. They provided their recipie along with modifications should soy is something you don't eat, etc.

Their breaded avocado with dip is amazing.

Even if you are not vegan, I say you should give it a try.
