I use H & R block every year while filing mine and my husband's taxes. They provide a cash back option which is nice if you need the return right away. I find that they take too much of a percentage out of the cash back option. They are supposed to help with any letters that you have received from the government, however I have been directed to deal with things myself even though I have paid for the service.
