I have shopped at a couple H&W;locations.
They do have a variety of produce but sometimes the quality is not great.
I do like to pick up produce for smoothies or juice from here. As well as veggies
for stir fry. Some produce is bland BUT the price cannot be beat so I take my chances.

This company started in the 1970's with only one store that supplied mostly to restaurants and has now grown into 5 store and one warehouse location.
The variety of produce is huge and the price very economical, for instance I bought cabbage there today at $.38/lb when every where else it was $.99/lb. They carry exotic vegetables and fruits as well as the basics and the staff is super pleasant and helpful. I volunteer for an organization called SMILE-Edmonton and H&W;over the past month has kindly donated cases of vegetables to help us feed the homeless. They are extremely community minded.

If you live in or around Edmonton, stop in at one of the 5 locations and see what I mean, you will get a good bargain on your choice of fruits and vegetables.
