I bought a gift card for a friend of mine and she loved the massage. She presented the gift card as she left, was asked to wait and paid an extra 3.50 or so. She got a call the next day from the manager saying there was a mistake, there was no money on the gift card and the spa was going to hit her card for the entire massage. She accused my dear friend of fraud. When I called up to try to rectify the situation, I was told they were going to report me to the police if I ever called again. I am presently contacting my credit card company and consumer fraud agencies to report them. Too bad.

The Hammam Spa is a great get-away it's ambiance is great really feels like you are away, I had a 1hr massage and after used the sauna, I left there feeling so relaxed I would defiantly recommend this for a pre-wedding visit... They are on the pricey side but I do think it's worth it you do get what you pay for.
