I first tried hero burger in whitby and it was so delicious. I love the 100 drink machine and the burgers and milkshakes are to die for. It is a little expensive but worth it
I had the Hero Certified Burger at Toronto General Hospital. Service is slow and not great. Here is your burger kind of attitude, nothing beyond that. Lots of toppings to choose from, but watch for extra $$$ for things like cheese etc. I like that the burgers come in 3 sizes (4oz, 6oz and 8oz). Their fries are pretty good, think New York Fries style.
Hero Certified Burgers is a Canadian chain of fast-food restaurants that serves great food and great service. I got takeout from the Hero Certified Burgers at the RioCan Centre in Woodbridge. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a "Hi! How are you doing?" The place was very neat and clean, the staff was friendly yet patient. It took me some time to decide what to get because they had a lot of options on their menu - burgers, chicken breasts, sweet potato fries, onion rings, poutine, coleslaw, mixed green salads, etc. I didn't get the feeling that I was being rushed when I was making my order. I decided to get a 4oz Signature Burger ($5.49) & Premium Strawberry Shortcake milkshake ($4.50). As promised, my meal was ready in 5 minutes. The Signature Burger was absolutely delicious. It wasn't greasy or heavy, just well-cooked and nicely seasoned. Hero Certified Burgers claim that their milkshakes are 90% ice-cream and 10% milk. My Strawberry shortcake milkshake was nice and thick, just the way milkshakes are supposed to be. You could really taste the strawberry shortcake flavour on the first sip. I can’t wait to go back and try the rest of their milkshake flavours.
