Expensive

I lost my father a few weeks ago to cancer and my sister and I went into Hills Florist to purchase flowers. I knew going in that it would be expensive but I had no idea just how expensive. We each ordered a fairly plain bouquet with a glass vase and one ribbon said "Daddy and my sister got her's to say "Papa" for my 6 year old niece.
Each arrangement cost us $74 plus tax. I was disappointed with both orders, but more so for my sister, while we were placing our order we were asked about a color theme, I said a mixture of colors for mine but my sister asked if it was possible to have all purple as that is my niece's favorite color. She brought us to the coolers and there was dozens and dozens of different flowers and colors and surprisingly a ton of purple with all different shades. The lady said 'absolutely, we have a ton of purple' and that would not be a problem at all. On our hand written receipt she wrote down our details, and on my sisters it specifically stated "All purple, purple roses" with baby's breath. You can see from the picture, she didn't get all purple, she got an assortment just like mine, but with 2 purple flowers and only 2 roses, which were white. Both bouquets were on the smaller size, for $84 I expected a large bouquet - I could have went to the grocery store and bought 3 of theirs and it would have been bigger with a greater assortment.
Obviously we couldn't take them back, we placed the order on the Wednesday, and they were delivered to the funeral home on the Saturday. My sister called on the Monday and voiced her disappointment, stated she could send pictures or bring the bouquet in, and they told her that the owner would be in touch - 3 weeks later and she has yet to receive a phone call back.
