H&M;used to be great when they carried actual 14-18's, I'm lucky if I can even find a 12 now. The sizing is terrible, the material is garbage and the prices aren't that great for the quality. I can't remember the last time I purchased something that fit well from here. Their new plus-sized line is awful, it is completely way too baggy and frumpy whereas their regular line is fun, but way too tiny or short.
Its hit and miss with H&M;somethings are over priced.. however you can find some decent items for the right price.
Meh. The quality is pretty terrible but sometimes you can find really cute/unique pieces. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. The staff all seem to hate life and if you ask them a question it's like you are ruining their life even more. I said I recommend it because I have found some cute things there, both casual and for work, but the quality...eeek. Nothing lasts long from there.
Very hit or miss, sometimes I find great stuff, sometimes it's all weird print pants and odd dresses. The service at all stores is spotty at best, but their sales are great. I love their basic clothes, the tank tops, the easy shaped pencil skirts, and the nice mini skirts
H&M;do their best to offer trendy clothes. The styles are either a hit or miss. It's a once off in the quality department. They have had a bunch of celebrity tie-ins to help promote their clothes. Beyonce, David Beckham, Stella McCartney, Karl Lagerfield, and even Madonna to name a few people. It helps when you have celebrities to help with the cool factor. They do have the odd sales and sometimes a score can be found. Worth checking.
I found that for the most part the clothing is ok. Don't plan on it lasting, I find them kind of hit and miss. The store is usually in quite a mess.... And often almost junky so that I don't really want to spend a lot of time looking for anything
I'm so on the fence with H&M;. They are so hit or miss. I feel like 60% of the time I wonder what the heck they are doing when I go in. There's too much going on with the cuts/fabrics/sequins/feathers/pleather/cropped/studded/neon hot mess clothing and accessories, and the store looks like a disaster. Then about 40% of the time I will find a few items that I like, and very rarely an item I love, and I appreciate the prices. They are definitely cheaper than most stores. I just feel like H&M;tries too hard to be ultra-trendy and fashion-forward sometimes and it just ends up being TOO MUCH. So often I will spot a dress I like, and then realize it has some awkward detail that just ruins it. Like a crazy cutout on the back, or it's been cut at the back to be awkwardly short, or there's some leopard monstronsity on it. They just seem to take something good and just add that one more thing that just makes it too much. That being said, if there is something you are looking for and can't find anywhere else (like a batman hoodie, or zebra stockings, or something with lightning bolts), odds are-- it's at H&M;.
The quality of their clothes used to be better but considering the prices and styles, they are still good deals
They have all the basic stuff going to Tendance pieces. Usually, I hate to buy cheap clothes but considering the price it's prefect to renew some of your old t-shirts or your new summer dresses!
