Great store with trendy clothes. Their prices will keep you coming back. Location in Ottawa sucks. Bayshore is in the west end of town and is a busy mall.

H& M is a one stop shop for all of your family's clothing needs. Their clothing is very affordable and the quality is great. I love H&M;

A great place to get basics. I wouldn't say the quality is superb, but it does the job for the price. I especially like their limited edition lines. I'm quite petite though, so sometimes I find their clothing too large on me.

Beautiful clothing for kids. A bit pricy, but worth the investment. I really wish they had an online store in Canada :(

Really like shopping at H&M;for my son. Prices are reasonable & clothes are trendy - I'm not willing to pay the high prices some designer brands charge for clothes my son will outgrow quickly. I do some shopping for myself here but not as much. I've found the service to be average - everyone is very friendly when you do find an associate but my experience has been I have to approach them not the other way around.

H&M;has been a staple in European disposable fashion forever. Its so great, the kids clothes are great. If you want to be on trend and not spend a fortune H&M;has you covered.

I was so excited that Ottawa got our very own H & M .... my Montreal trips used to include a quick visit, but now I have my very own to love. Situated in Bayshore (which I do not like for it's difficulty in getting from floor to floor), it is huge, and has a very large ladies boutique, and a men's off to one side, and children's off to the other. The prices are amazing. I asked for gift cards for Christmas, so I was lucky to have also benefitted from unbelievable boxing week sales, but even the regular prices are very fair for most merchandise. I have always found the quality very good, especially considering that I buy a lot of trendier items which are not investment pieces. The essentials are a great price, too, and you can buy long or short sleeve tee-shirts for around $10. Nice thing is that there is something for every age group...I am 49 and love it as much as my 14 year old niece.
