Buying online is risk to receive used/missing products
I have put a few large orders for beauty/wellbeing products for personal use and also as part of a private charitable intention to help vulnerable people, but often women who had escape abuse and are involved with social services. Some of the Dr Organic delivered to my house appears to be used maybe returned products and some expensive oil had not been sent on the box despite of the updated order. I wrote to Customers services but got no reply and when I tried to return the sealed Manuka Honey to the store as I later reordered a different one I found out this particular order had no bar code therefore the product could not be refunded and I was told to go to a bigger store away from my place in order to try to get it sorted. Deeply disappointed. If you buy from them, get it from the store and check first before you pay. Thanks
