Inexperienced staffy, dirty environment and horrible service. This is pretty much the lowest quality salon in Toronto by far. You been warned.

I wanted to get something different done with my hair so I went three weeks ago for a hair cut after previously receiving a bang trim (5 bucks) as a walk in, which is understandable as i previously had it cut somewhere else. But I went for a full hair cut and the guy who cut my hair did a good job but he insisted to keep my bangs on the longer side, as most hair dressers do! its clear this is just to have us keep coming back and needing to soon for a bang trim!
soo literally all hair salons i have been to give free bang trims to customers such as myself who paid for a wash and cut in between visits!!
so i called today and the RECEPTIONIST was very rude and short when i asked about a bang trim stating i had been in a few weeks ago. she gave me a screw off attitude stating 5 bucks and quickly hung up. she also stated someone else had called about this too.. i dont know why that matters i would think many people inquire of bang trims?
the correct way i see to make customers happy and want to come back is offer a free bang trim in which people will return, and give 5 bucks regardless to the stylist. that is how ALL salons i have been run. instead this salon is trying to keep 5 bucks and then the tip to stylist is not a good way to maintain business. i instead went somewhere else and gave 5 bucks tip. thats not right after paying 50 bucks i believe.. more for long hair???? so dumb.. never had that! from a few weeks ago. also it would help if customers were kept on a system! i will not be returning and either will my friends.
