I went here On Friday October 10th for a total hair recovery, I had golden brass hair the outcome of shoppers drug mart hair dye, I read reviews about one stylist in paticular, Dacia, she was known for making your hair looking great as soon as you go to her and even once the hair starts to grow out, with coulours and styles ect... When I called to shed the apointment they said that they dont really do them untill I mentioned I was reading reviews on the place, then they could fit me in I knew what I wanted and who I wanted it with, Because they knew this I belive I got a little bit of special treatment in regards to customer service, It is a grungy establishment with old outdated equipment, basicly retro isnt just for looks, regardless Dacia was amazing I belive I have extremly un managable hair and she made it look amazing knew exactly how to treat it and make it look amazing, The place itself is off the wall busy, messy and loud, but it was a dif different experience, The owner is a bit flaky but he loves his buisness but they have a no refund policy so if you have a bad experience you have no reason to come back , I will go back to Dacia and only Dacia Im sure there are other great stylist there but there are some as well that I would never let touch my hair, The only thing I can recomend is to step inside and feel it out for yourself,

They cut my hair toooooo short!!!! I asked for a cut down, a little one and they butchered me!!!! :(
