I have a feeling the chefs at Ichi Ban are laughing all the way to their banks. The food is OK, but the real point is the show. They juggle the salt and pepper shakers, make funny jokes and generally take your mind off of the small bland portions of food. I went their hungry and after eating I left almost as hungry, only a few bucks poorer to prove it. A nice restaurant to visit but don't get caught up thinking that the show is about fine food.
