I have nothing but contempt for these theives.

This establishment cares about nothing but $$$. They don't care about health or fitness. They offer next to no support unless you look like them and are already young and fit. Shame on them for stealing hard-earned money from people and getting away with it on technicalities. Be careful because they are wolves in sheep's clothing.

Great workout! Newmarket location

I have been a member since the location opened a few weeks ago, and absolutely LOVE it!! The staff are amazing, and it has a great community feel. It's a fun, high intensity, kick-your-butt workout, and you will burn tons of calories!! Well worth it if you're looking for both a physical and mental workout!

ILOVEKICKBOXING is a family, a place where you can feel respected, safe, motivated and welcome! Everyone welcomes you with open arms, supports you and pushes you to reach your goals. If it isn't the instructors it's the person beside you telling you to keep going, to push through and push yourself farther then you thought you could. It is the best workout you will ever have and with one class you will be hooked.

ILKB Vaughan is an addictive workout and I really love it, the classes are awesome and fun. The instructors are helpful and nice and I think this is the best way to get ride of the daily streess.

My mom and I just joined ILKB Vaughn and it's a great place. It was extremely challenging but the staff was helpful and encouraging. I'm looking forward to going again, it's difficult but very fun!

I am so glad that I joined I love kickboxing-Vaughan back in July 2015. Not only have they helped me reach my goals, they have kept encouraging me and through this have helped me feel great and stay fit. The instructors are amazing and so is the great community that is here.
