I simply loved my experience and, will go there many, many, many times. The prices are great, the employees are very helpful and, go the extra mile. The cashier asked me if I had my PC club card and, I said I do but, when I went to Maxi (Québec grocery store) I tried passing it and, got no points and, wanted to know how to activate it or, what I was doing wrong. I couldn't get an answer from them is what I responded to the cashier @ Indipendent. She explained to me how it worked that I had to download the points I wanted from the website and, I get bonus points from the store. She even explained to me with which gas company the 0.04$ less on a liter of gas was with. Furthermore my son had dropped his pacifier in the store upon us leaving and, she came running up to me and, braught it to me even though I hadn't noticed. They are very honnest as well cause I didn't know Ontario's laws on exactitude of pricing. They had charged me too much on my kids toy and, when i went to get reimbursed the difference they told me that since it's over 10$ they had to give me back 10$ plus taxes on 10$ so, I paid his toy 3.77$ instead of 13.77$ :o)
