Jabz has several locations, but I go to the Gilbert, AZ location that Smiley owns. I absolutely love it! Smiley is always smiling and up beat and pushes you to get the most out of the class! The other staff are just the same and know everyone by name. It's always a great atmosphere whether it's in the early morning or afternoon. The cost is a lot more than your normal gym would be, but it is worth it and keeps you motivated to go! The app is easy to use and the times for classes are reasonable! The workouts are awesome and definitely get your heart rate up. I highly recommend trying it out!!
