I had had made arrangements with Anthony 3 weeks to do Great Lengths Extensions.
This would have been my 4th time.
Each time its been the same price.
Last time I called to make an appt to come back in again and we agreed the price was going to be the same and Anthony mentioned that I had been a good customer.
I called in a week before my scheduled appt to confirm he had ordered the extensions and he confirmed that yes they were there.

Low and behold a few days before my appt he sends me a text message to tell me we need to change the day from Sat to Sun. That was no problem. I will add that I have 3 hour drive each way.
My problem is that he tells me at that time, that the price is $100.00 more then we agreed on.
Apparently he says the extensions went up $15.00 a bundle and now the bottom line is $100.00 bucks more then we agreed up long before the extensions were ever ordered.

I told him that, I would come on the Sat to get my extentions out and that I would need to cancel getting them put back in. He told me I would need to leave a deposit. Since that time I have not spoken to Anthony and will not be returning to his salon. He has lost me as a client. I never showed up to even get my extensions out and took my business elsewhere.

Before I start, please notice that every time there is a bad review on this salon, the owner gets his friends to post a whole bunch of phoney reviews to hide them. Read ALL of the review on this place. TRUST ME.

Never have I encountered such a terrible experience. I got a basic trim at this salon which I paid over $70 for after tax and tip. I noticed the haircut was extremely uneven and poorly done. When I went back to the salon, Anthony (the "senior" stylist) sat me down and told me he would even it out.

After washing my hair at home, I noticed my haircut was still uneven. At this point I wanted to have the touch up done by someone else since Anthony had done a poor job both times.

When I asked for a refund, Anthony rudely told me he doesn't do refunds and told me to get out of his salon. I left this place shaking.

Save yourself the headache and cash...don't go here.

Very trendy and warm friendly feeling! The reviews that have been posted that are bad are all complete crap! It is truly amazing. The owner Anthony did a consultation before he cut my hair and looked at my eye colour and skin tone and matched up the perfect colour. I look stunning haha so happy with my look. Thank you Anthony you have given me some new confidence

I recently was in Mississauga visiting a friend and she told me about this salon so I tagged along with her for her hair appointment. While there I decided to get my own hair done. (why not it was looking like a mop) I am very glad I came in! The owner Anthony gave me the coolest tattoo on the side of my head that trailed along the back of my head. The staff is really friendly and know exactly what they are doing! I wish I lived in Mississauga to make this my regular. KEEP IT UP

I cant express how happy I am with my experience at the salon. I got a chopped bob and cant explain how happy I am it is exactly what I wanted! The owner Anthony Cali sat me down before he started and explained everything he can to me about my hair and I am so happy because I now know things I never thought I would know with my hair! I have had so many compliments on my new hair do! I will deffinetly return

Make sure to read all the negative reviews on this salon before you go because all the positive ones are obviously paid for or friends of the owner.

This salon will be a waste of your money and time, trust me. This is the WORST salon experience I've ever had.

I came here for a colour correction and not only did they do a horrible job, the haircut itself (which was done by Anthony - the owner and senior stylist) was poorly done and extremely choppy. I wanted to go from black to a very deep mahogany and my hair turned out every colour from red to purple to hot pink!

After living with it for a week, these flaws became more and more noticeable. I went back to the salon to try and negotiate some kind of compensation with Anthony but he asked me to leave and said he will let me know when to come back and talk. An hour later he called me back saying "YOU CAN TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE THANK YOU BYE BYE" and slammed the phone in my ear.

The fact that a 30 year old man can act out this way at his customers is truly appalling. Don't waste your money. HORRIBLE RESULTS. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I had the best experience at Jacob Anthony Salon. Although Anthony is a multi tasker his creative personality makes up for any lack of focus, with a small strong, fun, outgoing team behide him. Anthony Has been A great mentor for the high school student "Shawna" who is getting very well known in her spot there. I loved my hair as I always do, and Anthony is more than willing to fix anything you may ask him to.

you can't please everyone, but you sure pleased me, it was worth every penny I paid, its hard to find a good hairstylist.

I must say. The owner of this salon is a really rude and inconsiderate guy. I had an appointment with a stylist who does ombré hair which I booked one week in advance. I called in the morning the day of my appointment and the owner said that the stylist isn't there. I asked if she was coming and he said he didn't know. He didn't want to call her or help me out at all. When I said that it was unprofessional of him to have clients come to salons and not have a stylist there (even though I booked a week in advance) he said he didn't want me to come anymore. The. He hung up on me.

He was a very ignorant and rude man who doesn't know how to do business. I will never go to this salon. Don't want unprofessional people touching my hair.

I wish I looked up this place and read reviews prior to booking an appointment as everyone has written bad reviews. This place is terrible and I will NEVER show face here.

I will begin by saying that Anthony is a talented stylist who does know how to cut hair because he did cut my hair well when he first opened. However as time went by the cuts worse and worse.

The problem is that he over books clients. Most of his clients are those who buy Grouping like vouchers. So, you will need left waiting for a long time to get into the chair. Then when you get there he doesn't listen to what you want and does a rush job.

He cut my hair off an inch, trimmed my bangs and proceeded to start drying. When I asked whether he would be thinning it out, he said he would do it dry. He rushed through thinning out so quickly, there are areas of my hair where is it cut down to the scalp. My bangs are too short!

Wouldn't recommend this salon as it is very hit or miss depending on how many people are booked.

one of the best experiences I have experienced! I just got my great lengths done by Anthony! it was the most reasonable price, accurate, and outstanding, I must trust my stylist with my hair when I have to sit there for 5 hours, I can tell you great customer service, and all the focus was on me! clients come first! they served me a great cup of coffee and hours of great conversations. I get great lengths every couple of months and let me tell you this stylist was the only one who filled me in on the background of the hair extensions, not only did he know what he was talking about he made me confident in what he was doing, he gave me his options which I actually ended up loving more than my own, so if your stylist gives you some great advice, just listen sometimes!
