It's a new salon, located in Chino Hills Shoppes. When I first walked in, the lady sold their services by mentioning nice hair dye - they use Aveda products, she said they do not harm your hair and the shampoo smells amazing. So I got excited and made my app. When I came for my highlights and fresh new cut, Melissa (she was an assistant to Master Stylists;they have different ranks of stylists) greeted me and took me to the chair of my stylist. She attempted to perform some kind of shoulder - scalp rub which sucked and lasted 5 seconds, and then we kind of discussed what we were going to do with my hair. Then, stylist came to do my hair, and I noticed the assistant slowly developed some careless attitude toward the customers. She was telling the annoying jokes about former customers, and furthermore, she burnt my skin when she was heating my highlights with a blow dryer, she yanked some of my hair out when she was taking my foils out, and she attempted to do some hand massage after all that, but she was looking away while rubbing my hand, paying zero attention to me when she, so It did not feel good. It was very awkward. Overall, the salon is nothing special; it is just very overpriced. You can find the same service in any other salons. The Aveda products are nice, but my hair felt kind of dry after my color was done. I would not recommend my experience to any of my girl-friends.
