I got my hair done for my sisters wedding and we had to fix it when we got home. It was great when I left but then everything was falling out within an hour. All my curls went straight and the sides were falling down. It was a waste of money and I could have done a better job at home and saved my 85$.

I had a subtle red ombré done to my hair at Jask Salon and Spa and could not be happier! This is not the first time Jask has come to my rescue either. As far as 8 years ago I had made the mistake of box-dyeing my already dark brown hair to black, and the outcome was awful. Off to Jask I went and one of their incredible senior stylists, Yaser, took on the task of not only stripping the black out of my hair, but in turn transforming me into a blonde bombshell! 8 years spent living the blonde life until one of their new Junior stylists, Biannka, recently took my back to the "dark side" and has given me a red ombré to die for! I purchase all of my hair care and makeup there as well. I have had nothing but incredible experiences there. I very recently became one of their valued employees at the front desk, so come in for a visit and see exactly what I'm raving about!

I have been a customer of Jask salon and day spa since they opened their doors. I have had extensive aesthetic services at their spa( Facials, Waxing, Massages, Manicures and Pedicures). The attention and care the aestheticians provide to you during you treatment is WONDERFUL. They listen to your requests at the time of service and execute your wishes to ensure you are receiving a very pleasant and relaxing experience. The team in the spa are very educated in their product lines and from personal experience when they recommend a product, it truly is a product that will enhance the health of your skin and or body.
The hair salon, in my personal opinion is the best in the city. The scalp massage you receive during your shampoo, is a little slice of heaven. The stylists are very thorough in their consultation and truly give you a cut and or color that will make you look and feel like a million. The hair staff also are very current on their product lines. So when recommendations for hair products are made, it is not to sell you something, but in fact these professionals want you to get the lasting enjoyment out of your hair service.
The front line staff are so friendly and kind, they pamper you with refreshments as soon as you walk in the door. In closing I am a very particular client. My expectations are high and if Jask was not a reputable salon and day spa, they would never have been able to keep as a client for this many years.

I went to Jask spa for the first time today after getting a certifcate for Christmas. I had a great experience. I had a facial,manicure and pedicure done and it was wonderful! Everyone was very friendly and attentive and the spa was very clean. I would recommend it to people :)

I wanted to share my experience with everyone to make sure they NEVER EVER go to Jask Salon and Day Spa. The service and the phone call I just received were the absolute worst hair experience I have had in my life. After asking them to do a "very subtle carmel ombre that was just on the tips", and instead they bleached my hair all the way up to my ears and my bangs. $130 lost. They were nice enough about having me come back, but when the second job they did also failed to meet my expectations (the dye washed completely out of my hair and the weird highlights they gave me around my face reappeared), I called asking for a refund. **

The day that I went, it was extremely busy and I felt like an object on an assembly line. One girl washed my hair, a different girl coloured my hair, and yet a different girl rinsed the colour out of my hair. The fourth girl who was cutting my hair, simply walked away in the middle saying she was overbooked and had to go and finish a colour. I sat there with my hair half cut for 15 minutes waiting for her to come back. Unbelievable! The decor is nice but that's about it. The cut was horrible!

Went to JASK in KANATA for a facial and...WOW! The atmosphere there is indescribable...Candles, hot towels, the whole bit and the service is almost shamefully perfect...

They take such care of you that you feel like you are walking on air after you are finished- I had to sit and rest before I left!

An absolute YOU BETCHA!

prices are high end of normal, services is are good, but staff can be bitchy and are frequently running late.
