BAD customer service

Went in looking for a winter coat while I was 6 months pregnant. Couldn’t find a coat to fit around my baby bump anywhere. My current zipper broke so I was getting desperate. Associate helped me try several coats, found two that fit me but didn’t like the look of either of them. I was feeling hot and frustrated so I was going to go home and think about it and come back tomorrow. Associate told me sale was ending that day and that I should purchase both coats and decide at home and just return if I still didn’t like them as I had 90days to return. I agreed $330 later... After trying both coats at home several times I decided to return both as they were just not my style. When I went back to return I was told that they do not do refunds only exchanges. When I asked to speak with a manager I was refused access. Attempted to contact head office and left several messages none of which were responded to. Sent emails, I was never contacted back. Worst experience ever.
