DONT GO THERE

They have very rude staff, very bad service, the girl who is at the desk is always rude and ignorant.
They miss most of your body parts while lasering, especially if you go there later in the day no one cares.
They don't answer the phone and forget about things you say to them. I used to be nice but now I have given up with them. they really just want your money and do not care about what you say or anything. They keep hiring new technicians and non of them is really good. I highly recommend not even bothering, there is a reason for the price and promotions. Their machine is always down anyways

Never go to this horrible clinic with the most mindless people ever. They called me saying that they will finish my treatment from Smoothe laser for free then said that if I wanted to continue that i have to pay $2300. Like what kind of bullshit is that? The person who called me was the most rudest receptionist that used to work at Smoothe Laser. It's weird how the clinic closed down and after 2 months later Mackenzie opened up her own clinic and its funny how she took the information from the previous clinic and is using it to contact clients from Smoothe. Thats illegal!!! Don't waste your money on selfish people who doesn't know what good customer service is. Someone needs to take classes.
